Job Description

SUMMARY:
Singletree Printing Group, the textile division of Mahco, Inc., prints camouflage patterns on textiles for manufacturers worldwide. The Director of the Textile Division leads the Asia-based business, overseeing sales, operations, sourcing, and product development to drive growth, supply chain performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role aligns regional execution with company objectives and strengthens supplier and customer partnerships in a dynamic global market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Textile Division across sales, operations, sourcing, and product development to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and develop the team, promoting accountability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global partners.
  • Own divisional financial performance, including budgeting, costing, pricing, and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  • Drive sales growth and new business development in partnership with commercial leadership.
  • Direct sourcing and supply chain strategy, including supplier development, inventory oversight, and on-time delivery of quality products.
  • Ensure alignment among factories, sourcing teams, customers, and company leadership to support efficient execution and service.
  • Maintain compliance, lead continuous improvement efforts, and support business priorities through special projects and travel as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, textiles, supply chain, merchandising, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Progressive leadership experience in textiles, apparel, sourcing, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, cost management, and negotiations.
  • Proven ability to execute strategy, improve operations, and build strong supplier and customer relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to use data to support decisions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, preferred.
