  • Senior Manager
  • Global Procurement Solutions
  • to lead two critical global capabilities: the Contracting Center of Excellence (COE) and the Data Analytics function supporting the indirect buying community. In this highly visible, business-facing role, you will drive
  • global alignment, process transformation, and data-driven decision-making
  • , enabling procurement strategy, supplier performance, and enterprise outcomes. You will lead global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across contracting, analytics, and procurement operations.
  • What You Will Do
  • + Lead a global organization spanning
  • contracting and data analytics teams
  • , including regional leaders and individual contributors + Drive global contracting and analytics processes, ensuring effective execution across regions with varying regulatory requirements + Oversee
  • complex supplier negotiations and contract lifecycle activities
  • , partnering closely with Legal on risk and governance + Lead analytics efforts that deliver
  • insights, reporting, and decision-support tools
  • to drive procurement performance + Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across
  • spend, supplier performance, and category strategies
  • + Establish and track
  • KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable impact + Champion
  • continuous improvement and process optimization
  • initiatives across global teams + Collaborate with Procurement, Business Units, Legal, IT, and Finance stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
  • What You Have
  • + Experience leading
  • global teams and driving cross-regional initiatives
  • + Strong background in
  • commercial contracting, procurement, or supplier negotiations
  • + Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into
  • business actions
  • + Proven experience managing priorities in a
  • complex, matrixed environment
  • + Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders

  • + Experience leading
  • global contracting or procurement COE functions
  • + Background in both
  • contracting and data analytics leadership
  • + Experience driving
  • global process standardization and adoption
  • + Strong understanding of
  • procurement strategy, supplier management, and analytics
  • + Experience with
  • continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • + Familiarity with
  • advanced analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives

  • Summary Pay Range:
  • $172,630.00
  • $258,950.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
