  • Full-time This is a #hybrid position working in the office 3 days a week.
As a key member of the team, you will bring data to life by connecting insights, trends, and shopper behaviors into clear stories that inform strategy . You will leverage syndicated and customer data to uncover what's happening in the market—and more importantly, why it matters . Your ability to synthesize complex information and translate analysis into actionable, executive‑ready storytelling will help shape category and commercial strategies for a portfolio of well‑known Nutrition brands. Leverage syndicated and customer data platforms (e.g., Nielsen , Numerator, Foresite) to develop data‑driven narratives that inform category, customer, and channel strategies Analyze competitive trends , activities, and consumer behaviors, synthesizing insights into clear growth stories and strategic implications Design reports and presentations that go beyond metrics to tell a cohesive story around sales performance, shopper behavior, and program effectiveness Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Commercial Strategy, and RGM teams to translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations Present market and commercial insights in a compelling, executive‑ready format, clearly articulating risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business analytics, market research, statistics, or any related field
Work Experience:
5+ years related work experience , preferably in the CPG industry . Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to craft clear, compelling stories from data ; Power BI experience a plus Hands‑on experience with syndicated and customer scan data (e.g., Nielsen , Numerator), using insights to shape strategic narratives Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide business decisions Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in telling concise, executive‑ready stories Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity and focus in a fast‑paced environment
