Based in Mesa, Arizona, we design and manufacture race-proven, American-made off-road performance products for Ford Raptor, Bronco, Ranger Raptor, Ram TRX, Ram RHO, Toyota Tacoma, and more. From our CNC-machined billet suspension components to our fabricated lower control arms, bed racks, protection kits, and light mounts — everything we make carries the DNA of decades of desert racing and Baja 1000 experience. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inventory & Purchasing Manager to own our inventory and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of manufacturing, fulfillment, and vendor relationships. You'll be responsible for making sure the right raw materials, components, and finished goods are in the right place at the right time — so our shop keeps building and our customers keep off-roading. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials (steel, billet aluminum, hardware, etc.), work-in-progress, and finished goods across our product lines Develop and execute purchasing strategies to ensure uninterrupted production and order fulfillment Build and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors; negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders in response to production schedules and sales trends Work closely with the production team to forecast material and inventory stock needs Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve lead times, and optimize supplier performance Track and manage inbound shipments; coordinate the receiving to ensure timely and accurate delivery Maintain organized records and reporting within our inventory/ERP system

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

3+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain — manufacturing environment strongly preferred Strong understanding of inventory control principles (FIFO, cycle counting, reorder points, safety stock) Experience with Quickbooks and Odoo ERP or inventory management software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or part specifications is a plus Familiarity with metal fabrication materials (steel, aluminum, hardware) or the automotive/motorsports aftermarket industry is a big plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where you wear multiple hats Strong communication and negotiation skills Be able to communicate clearly with team members and develop achievable goals and milestones that are reachable with reasonable efforts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Must have reliable transportation and able to get to work on time everyday without drama Nice to Have Passion for off-road vehicles, trucks, or motorsports Experience with Shopify or e-commerce order management Background in aerospace, automotive, or CNC machining supply chain What We Offer Compensation $28.00 - up Depending on Experience with Growth Opportunities Hours are normally 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays. Full-time on location at our main climate controlled facility in Mesa Arizona.
