Inventory and Purchasing Manager Foutz Motorsports, LLC - Off Road Components Manufacturer About Foutz Motorsports Foutz Motorsports has been making off-road great since 1998. Based in Mesa, Arizona, we design and manufacture race-proven, American-made off-road performance products for Ford Raptor, Bronco, Ranger Raptor, Ram TRX, Ram RHO, Toyota Tacoma, and more. From our CNC-machined billet suspension components to our fabricated lower control arms, bed racks, protection kits, and light mounts — everything we make carries the DNA of decades of desert racing and Baja 1000 experience. We're a tight-knit team that loves what we do, and we're growing. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inventory & Purchasing Manager to own our inventory and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of manufacturing, fulfillment, and vendor relationships. You'll be responsible for making sure the right raw materials, components, and finished goods are in the right place at the right time — so our shop keeps building and our customers keep off-roading. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials (steel, billet aluminum, hardware, etc.), work-in-progress, and finished goods across our product lines Develop and execute purchasing strategies to ensure uninterrupted production and order fulfillment Build and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors; negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders in response to production schedules and sales trends Work closely with the production team to forecast material and inventory stock needs Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve lead times, and optimize supplier performance Track and manage inbound shipments; coordinate the receiving to ensure timely and accurate delivery Maintain organized records and reporting within our inventory/ERP system
