Overview A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Director of Purchasing to own the company's sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and long‑term supply chain resilience. This executive‑level role oversees a high‑impact procurement organization, drives cost and operational excellence, and partners closely with senior leadership to support aggressive production and growth objectives. Job Details Extensive experience in aerospace procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing , ideally within a complex manufacturing environment. Proven success leading teams and managing high‑value supplier portfolios . Deep expertise in negotiations, LTA development, and contract management . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build KPIs, and drive performance . Skilled communicator capable of influencing at all levels, including executives and external partners. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑mix, high‑precision manufacturing environment . Experience in production planning, scheduling, or capacity management . Background in machining, fabrication, or aerospace manufacturing processes . Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and modern procurement technologies. Why should you join us?
