Our South El Monte factory is a fast-moving, detail-driven operation where quality matters at every step — and where the right person can make a real impact. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Purchasing & Planning Manager to sit at the intersection of procurement, inventory, and production scheduling. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — you'll keep the factory stocked, scheduled, and running smoothly every day. What you'll do Manage purchase orders from creation through physical receipt and entry into our ERP system (Odoo) Conduct weekly cycle counts of all consumables and place timely reorders to keep production uninterrupted Use our capacity-based planning system to schedule all departments and ensure client deadlines are met Print, organize, and distribute work tickets for the production floor Handle light accounting tasks including bill entry, coding, and filing Maintain office and breakroom supplies Support the Controller and Production Manager on operational needs as they arise What we're looking for 5-10 years of relevant work experience in purchasing, planning, or operations Extraordinary attention to detail — this role lives and dies by accuracy Strong computer skills including MS Office, G-Suite, QuickBooks, and MRP/ERP systems; experience with Odoo is a plus, and you'll be expected to become fully proficient Intermediate purchasing and accounting skills A calm, service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish required Experience in furniture manufacturing or a related industry a plus Who thrives here You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
