• Full time Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Purchase & Logistics Team Manager to lead procurement and logistics operations.

This role is critical in ensuring product availability, managing supplier performance, optimizing inventory, and improving overall supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities Procurement Manage sourcing, supplier negotiation, and purchasing strategy Monitor cost trends and improve supplier performance Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely delivery Supply Chain & Inventory Collaborate with Sales team on demand planning and forecasting Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess stock Analyze backorders, sales trends, and inventory turnover Logistics Oversee international and domestic shipments (ocean, air, trucking) Manage freight forwarders and logistics partners Optimize shipping cost, lead time, and delivery performance Operations & Compliance E nsure compliance with import regulations and tariffs (Section 232, 301, etc.) Manage documentation for customs clearance and audits Identify risks and implement contingency plans Team Management Lead and develop purchasing & logistics team Set KPIs and monitor performance Improve internal processes and cross-team communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain Strong experience in international sourcing and freight management Knowledge of import regulations and customs process Experience with ERP systems preferred Strong negotiation and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or industrial distribution Bilingual in English & Korean (preferred) Experience working with Asia-based suppliers Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonus Health insurance (after introductory period) Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) eligibility Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company
