About Padma Padma is a world-class fashion design and manufacturing company with design offices in London, Barcelona, and the Netherlands, and an extensive global manufacturing network including factories in Bangladesh and sourcing offices across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. We are actively expanding into the US market, building a licensed brand portfolio and growing our footprint as a design and manufacturing partner for US private label brands.. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Manager of Sourcing & Production to support our US sourcing and production operation. Working alongside Padma's existing global infrastructure and overseas offices, you will be the US-side point of contact for development, production, vendor management, and licensor coordination across a growing licensed portfolio. Qualifications Manage the T&A calendar across all active programs, tracking milestones from first sample through bulk delivery and keeping overseas offices and factory partners accountable to timelines Coordinate licensor approvals across packaging, labeling, and product guidelines for all programs Work with Padma's global factory network to identify the right sourcing and country of origin strategy by category, cross-costing across regions to challenge existing assumptions and find the best solution Support vendor relationship management and pricing negotiations to ensure competitive cost structures Ensure product meets compliance requirements for target retail channels, including club, off-price, and mass Stay current on duties, tariffs, and trade environment shifts, flagging risks and supporting mitigation strategies Collaborate with design and raw materials teams on fabric and trim selection and development Build and maintain relationships with US brand and retail contacts over time Travel internationally to factory and sourcing office locations as needed What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of experience in apparel sourcing and/or production, with progression into a senior or manager-level role Multi-category experience including sweaters, wovens, knits, and an interest in expanding into outerwear and beyond Comfortable communicating directly with overseas offices and factory partners across multiple regions Familiarity with licensed program management and licensor approval processes is a plus Experience with off-price, club, or mass retail channels is a plus Detail-oriented on costing, timelines, and compliance with a strong sense of ownership Strong communicator and relationship builder - comfortable representing Padma to outside partners Energized by a fast-moving environment and comfortable when the playbook is still being written LA-based or willing to relocate. Ability to travel internationally as needed. Engagement Full-time, LA-based role. Compensation $100,000 - $125,000.
