Corporate Service Buyer II Role:
The ideal candidate will have Corporate Services experience supporting categories such as: Professional Services Human Resources Services Marketing Services Consulting Services Travel Services General Corporate Services Legal Candidates should be able to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, support sourcing events, and partner closely with internal stakeholders.
Facilities Buyer II Role:
The manager is specifically seeking candidates with Facilities Procurement/Buying experience. Industry is flexible, but candidates should have experience sourcing and supporting facility-related services such as: HVAC Janitorial Services Crane Services Transportation Services Water/Wastewater Services Plumbing Services General Facilities Maintenance & Operations Preferred Skills Strong candidates will have experience with: Strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations Contract review and supplier management Purchase order management P-Card reconciliation and expense management SAP Concur Deltek Costpoint Coupa What the Manager is Looking For The strongest candidates will bring a combination of: Corporate Services procurement experience Facilities procurement experience Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
