In this pivotal role, you will drive category growth, optimize supply chain processes, and develop innovative product strategies that meet the evolving needs of our corporate clients and there staff. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, logistics, marketing, and sales teams to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional value to our partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about product management, supply chain analytics, and strategic planning to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. Duties Develop comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and vendor relationships to secure optimal pricing and terms. Oversee inventory management and control to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock through demand planning and supply chain analytics. Utilize data analysis skills—including SQL, data mining, and sales analysis—to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing teams on product development, merchandising strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance market penetration. Conduct financial analysis related to profit & loss statements, pricing strategies, and financial acumen to support strategic decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects involving ERP systems, logistics coordination, supply chain management, and process optimization initiatives to streamline operations. Qualifications Proven experience in product management within a B2B environment with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles. Demonstrated expertise in Nielsen data or similar market research tools for demand forecasting and sales analysis. Strong vendor management skills with experience in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship building. Proficiency in procurement processes including purchasing, contract management, and logistics coordination. Technical skills in SQL for data collection and analysis; familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic insights; experience with supply chain analytics is preferred. Knowledge of pricing strategies, inventory control techniques, and demand planning methodologies. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Financial acumen including profit & loss analysis and cost optimization strategies; familiarity with business requirements documentation is a plus. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement across marketing, sales, logistics, and executive teams.
