Baptist Health is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our team as the Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Non-Clinical Director. This role provides enterprise leadership and direction for non-clinical sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement activities across the health system. This is a full-time opportunity supporting system-wide operations. We are looking for a results-driven leader with strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and operational optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive cost savings, improve processes, and partner effectively with senior leadership to advance organizational priorities.

Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Non-Clinical Director, Job Responsibilities:

Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for non-clinical categories Oversee contracting, supplier performance, and procurement operations to drive cost efficiency and value Develop and implement an annual business plan aligned with organizational strategy Establish and monitor system-wide goals, ensuring consistent execution across all entities Identify risks, manage performance variances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and outcomes Lead cross-functional collaboration to support operational and financial objectives Drive supplier relationship management and contract compliance

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement leadership experience required Healthcare supply chain experience preferred Experience with contract negotiations and supplier management required

Education Requirements:
