Full-Time About Us Luxury custom home builder with deep roots in Longboat Key and Sarasota, Florida, is seeking an experienced Purchasing / Estimating Manager to support custom single-family homes and renovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead job costing, design and purchasing coordination, and support the current accounting team in billing preparation through organized purchasing and change order tracking for high-end residential work. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate with proven experience delivering high-end residential projects valued at $5M+ and established knowledge of trade partners and suppliers in the Sarasota market. The right person will bring strong estimating, purchasing, and cost-control expertise, along with the ability to thrive in a detail-driven luxury construction environment. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and knowledge of the local market.
