Join us as we continue shaping the next century of boating excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Zephyrhills, FL, for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement strategies, negotiate with vendors, manage inventory levels, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and supplies. Additional responsibilities include vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, market analysis, and ensuring the consistent availability of high-quality materials to meet production goals. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's production expansion and innovation initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in Marine Industry Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Management Strong Vendor Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation skills Analytical capabilities to conduct Market Analysis and Cost Optimization Proficiency in using Procurement or ERP software systems Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Collaboration skills Proven organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and deadline management Experience in manufacturing or marine industries is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or a related field
