Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours We are looking for a Facilities Buyer II with strong experience in facilities procurement and corporate services sourcing to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. If you have a background in managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and supporting facility operations-this opportunity is for you! ???? Key Responsibilities ? Lead procurement activities supporting facilities operations, maintenance & capital projects ? Manage RFPs/RFQs, perform cost analysis and drive supplier negotiations ? Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle (requisition to invoice payment) ? Build and manage supplier relationships and long-term agreements (LTAs) ? Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of services while meeting quality and safety standards ???? Facilities Categories Experience sourcing services such as:- HVAC
- Janitorial Services
- Crane & Transportation Services
- Plumbing & Water/Wastewater
- General Facilities Maintenance & Operations What We're Looking For ? Facilities or Corporate Services procurement experience ? Strong stakeholder & supplier management skills ? Independent, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing environments ? Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities Preferred Experience
- Strategic sourcing & contract negotiation
- Supplier & contract management
- Purchase orders and P-Card reconciliation
Tools:
SAP, Coupa, Concur, Deltek Costpoint Requirements- 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) in Supply Chain/Procurement
- Experience with contract types: FFP, T&M, and service agreements
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of facilities compliance (OSHA preferred)
- Experience procuring MRO, building services, or capital equipment ? Nice to Have
CPSM / CSCP / PMP / FMP / CFM
certifications- Experience with Costpoint, Jira, Point, CMMS
