Job Description

The Procurement Administrator will report to the Vice President of Global Material Supply Chain and focus on product conformity, warranties, returns, after-sales support, and various other functions related to supporting the Procurement Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills and will also be able to handle multiple responsibilities. This is an on-site role based at our headquarters in Ft. Responsibilities:
Address all product non-conformities or rejections and resolve issues with suppliers. Address and manage rejections and subsequent warranties, returns, rejections, and credits. Assist in after-sales support for any technical data or documentation required for specific products. Ensure open purchase orders (POs) have corresponding component traceability and scanned documentation in files. Ensure quality documentation is up to date for supplier base. Review quarterly vendor scorecards for top suppliers. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager. Maintain high-level of professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
