The role covers all inventory categories — including F&B (pantry items, frozen goods, dry goods, and beverages), housekeeping supplies, chemicals, paper goods, OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment), and all other resort inventory. This position manages par levels for regularly ordered items, oversees the receiving of all goods arriving at the resort (including guest packages), and maintains inventory accuracy within the Reeco platform. The Stock Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Finance and leads a team of two Receiving Agents. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management o Maintain and manage par levels for all inventory categories: F&B (pantry, frozen, dry goods, beverages), housekeeping, chemicals, paper goods, OS&E, and all other resort storage areas. o Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile against Reeco system data. o Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and report findings to the Director of Finance o Ensure all storage areas are organized, labeled, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards. o Monitor expiration dates and product rotation (FIFO) across all storage areas. Receiving Operations o Oversee and manage the receiving of all deliveries arriving at the resort, including food and beverage, supplies, equipment, and guest packages. o Verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders for accuracy in quantity, quality, and pricing. o Coordinate with vendors on discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns. o Supervise and direct 2 Receiving Agents in daily receiving operations. o Maintain accurate receiving logs and documentation. Requisition Management o Manage and administer the daily internal requisition process, through which departments submit requests for goods from resort inventory. o Review, approve, and fulfill department requisitions in a timely manner, ensuring par levels are maintained and shortfalls are flagged in advance. o Process all requisitions within the Reeco platform to ensure accurate inventory tracking and deduction of stock. o Coordinate with department heads to establish and refine requisition schedules and standard order quantities. o Identify recurring over-requisition or under-requisition patterns and report findings to the Director of Finance Reeco Platform Management o Serve as the primary user and administrator of the Reeco inventory and procurement platform for the resort. o Enter and maintain all product data, par levels, and ordering thresholds in Reeco. o Generate and review inventory and procurement reports from Reeco to support purchasing decisions. o Train team members on Reeco usage as needed. Team Leadership o Directly supervise 2 Receiving Agents — assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance check-ins. o Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and professionalism in receiving and storage operations. Cross Departmental Coordination o Collaborating with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other department heads to forecast needs and prevent shortages. o Communicate proactively with the Director of Finance on inventory levels, budget concerns, and procurement needs. Qualifications Required o Valid Florida Food Handler Certification o TIPS Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) o Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, receiving, purchasing, or a related role. o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail o Proficiency with inventory or procurement software (Reeco experience preferred; training provided) o Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on operational needs. o Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various storage environments (refrigerated areas, dry storage, etc.) Preferred Experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment Prior supervisory or team leader experience Familiarity with F&B inventory systems and FIFO principles
