Known for its talented employees, innovative designs, operational excellence, and unrivaled customer service, the company delivers exquisitely tailored outdoor environments for discerning clients in upscale markets. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Landscape Procurement Manager to take full ownership of purchasing, vendor coordination, and material planning. This individual will directly impact project profitability, efficiency, and execution by using current and upcoming project information to plan materials ahead of time, avoid last-minute purchases, and eliminate job delays. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, technologically sharp, bilingual leader capable of improving supply chain systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Source and procure landscape, plant, and irrigation materials for active and upcoming projects. Use project data to forecast material needs and stay ahead of project demand. Build and maintain strong relationships with nurseries, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Negotiate competitive pricing, favorable lead times, and reliable delivery schedules. Compare vendors and pricing structures to make informed, cost-effective purchasing decisions. Track and manage purchase orders, material deliveries, logistics, and inventory. Coordinate closely with estimating and operations teams to align budgets and timelines. Conduct periodic site visits and nursery inspections to verify material health and quality. Review purchasing data across materials, vendors, and jobs to find cost-saving opportunities. Resolve supply chain disruptions and delivery issues quickly to avoid project delays. Utilize software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI tools to reduce manual work. Maintain accurate, organized procurement records and reporting for company leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of procurement, purchasing, or estimating experience in landscaping or construction. Strong knowledge of landscape materials, plant species, and irrigation components. Proven ability to manage vendors, mitigate supply risks, and negotiate pricing effectively. Comfortable analyzing project and purchasing data to support operational decisions. High proficiency with spreadsheets and procurement software. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple projects. Self-starter mindset with the ability to improve processes. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Deep experience in the Florida market and supplier network is a strong plus.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
