This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure a resilient supply base, scalable processes, and compliant purchasing practices. Key Responsibilities Define and execute enterprise procurement strategy aligned to business goals, service commitments, and supply chain resilience. Lead category management across direct and indirect spend (as applicable), including opportunity assessment, segmentation, should-cost/clean-sheet analyses, and multi-year category roadmaps.

Establish supplier relationship management (SRM) governance, including QBRs, scorecards, corrective actions, and continuous improvement plans. Implement and monitor procurement policies, controls, and compliance (e.g., delegated authority, competitive bidding, supplier onboarding, and ethical sourcing). Build and lead a high-performing team; define organizational structure, roles, capability development, and succession plans. Partner with Finance on planning, savings validation, and total cost of ownership (TCO) reporting; build executive-ready dashboards to track savings, cost drivers, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health. Manage risk across the supply base: continuity planning, financial/geo-political exposure, quality, cyber/third-party risk, and regulatory requirements. Drive procurement process, data, and technology enablement (e.g., e-sourcing, P2P, contract management, spend analytics); apply AI and advanced analytics to improve cycle times, identify savings opportunities, and enhance stakeholder experience. Sponsor development of data products and AI/ML use cases (e.g., demand and price forecasting, supplier risk prediction, invoice/contract anomaly detection, and freight rate benchmarking) to improve cost, service, and resilience. Define standardized procurement and logistics KPI frameworks and dashboard governance (data definitions, refresh cadence, and data quality controls) spanning spend, savings, contract coverage, supplier performance, OTIF, and claims/damage. Lead sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives as applicable, embedding requirements into category strategies and supplier expectations. Serve as executive escalation point for critical supplier and logistics disruptions; coordinate cross-functional response and recovery. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10-15 years of progressive procurement and sourcing experience, including leadership roles with enterprise-scale spend responsibility. Demonstrated expertise in category management (strategy development, sourcing execution, SRM, and benefits tracking). Strong logistics procurement experience, including contracting and performance management for transportation and/or warehousing/3PL providers. Proven negotiation capability with complex agreements (MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, SLAs, performance incentives/penalties). Experience building and leading teams; ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives. Financial acumen with working knowledge of TCO, margin/cost drivers, and savings validation. Working knowledge of procurement systems and processes (e.g., sourcing tools, P2P, ERP) and data-driven decision making. Preferred Qualifications MBA or master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, or CPIM. Experience in a multi-site, multi-business-unit environment with global supplier base. Familiarity with import/export, customs/brokerage, and trade compliance considerations.
