This role ensures cost discipline, service quality, and operational consistency across all purchasing and corporate services activities. Responsibilities Oversee daily purchasing activities, including requisition review, vendor selection, Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval authority frameworks, and cost control standards Maintain procurement documentation, purchasing records, and audit ready files Support contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, compliance checks, and documentation management Maintain vendor databases, contract repositories, and service agreements Coordinate vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and service quality evaluations by collaborating with Strategy & Planning team Manage business license renewals, compliance documentation, and corporate registrations Ensure office and operational purchasing aligns with budget and service expectations Prepare procurement activity reports, vendor performance summaries, and cost analyses Track KPIs related to procurement efficiency, vendor performance, and service delivery Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance scalability and operational consistency Support automation initiatives and system enhancements for procurement and corporate services Requirements 3-5 years of experience in procurement or closely related role Bachelors degree preferred Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract compliance Strong Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools Ability to analyze cost structures, vendor performance, and operational data Strong organizational and process management skills Effective communication and cross functional coordination Problem solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
