You will work closely with our Global CapEx team and internal stakeholders to deliver results with a sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to compliance with local regulations.

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, QA, and Sales to support the successful planning and execution of capital investments. Build and leverage supplier and market intelligence as a source of innovation and competitive advantage. Negotiate and manage multi-year contracts, with a strong command of contract structures, risk identification, and mitigation strategies. Manage functional KPIs and report savings in alignment with procurement finance. Apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis throughout the CapEx project lifecycle. Lead proactive stakeholder engagement, early-stage risk identification, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure on-time project delivery in compliance with local regulations. Deliver a high level of service to both internal partners and external suppliers.

Proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts and clearly communicate risk to business stakeholders. Strong project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives to completion in fast-paced, evolving environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess and solve complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Comfort operating independently and cross-functionally, with an entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
