Full-Time Overview We are seeking a highly organized Regional Procurement Manager to lead project-based procurement activities from budgeting through delivery and commissioning. This role works closely with construction, engineering, finance, and vendors to ensure equipment, materials, and services are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking across multiple projects Lead RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and award recommendations Oversee purchase orders and contract compliance Coordinate technical submittals between vendors and engineering teams Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and project risks Track logistics and delivery schedules for critical equipment Support startup, commissioning, and project closeout documentation Requirements 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management within construction, industrial, or mission-critical environments Strong understanding of procurement workflows, budgeting, and project coordination Experience with project management systems such as Procore, NetSuite, or similar platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and proactive with strong follow-up skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Able to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and field teams Experienced working with technical equipment and long-lead procurement items
