Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Executive Director of Supply Chain Procurement. The Executive Director of Supply Chain Procurement provides enterprise leadership for the strategy, governance, and execution of Supply Chain Purchasing for the entire health system. This leader will evolve our standardized procurement processes, policies, and service levels to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll serve as executive owner of procurement systems, workflows, and data governance, overseeing
ERP/MMIS
optimization, technology enablement, and data integrity. The Executive Director leads procurement performance management through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting to improve transparency and support executive decision‑making. You'll partner with sourcing, contracting, finance, and operational leaders to enhance contract compliance, improve spend visibility, and align procurement with enterprise priorities. This leader oversees purchasing for goods, services, and capital; resolves supplier, system, and fulfillment issues; and serves as final escalation point. The Executive Director drives continuous improvement, ensures PO compliance, and builds a high‑performing procurement organization through talent development and succession planning.

Senior Vice President - System Supply Chain Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Requires 10+ years of people leader experience.
