Job Description
Senior Director of Procurement Direct Hire Cameron, LA About the Role This position will lead end-to-end supply chain execution for a major LNG development, with full responsibility for procurement, logistics, subcontracting, and material management on site. Operating within a live EPC environment, the role will be accountable for ensuring material readiness, vendor performance, and subcontractor delivery align with project schedule and construction priorities. You will work closely with construction, engineering, and project controls teams to manage real-time challenges across sourcing, expediting, logistics, and site operations, driving continuity from global procurement through to field execution. This is a site-based leadership role, requiring a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced, high-visibility project environment. About You You bring a strong track record of leading supply chain, procurement, or logistics functions on large-scale EPC projects, with a minimum of one LNG project from pre-feed through operations. You've operated on site, not just in a corporate setting, and understand the complexities of delivering materials, managing vendors, and coordinating subcontractors in a live construction environment. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions under pressure, and working cross-functionally with project and construction leadership to keep execution on track. You likely have experience overseeing multiple aspects of supply chain simultaneously - procurement, logistics, subcontracting, and materials management - and take a proactive approach to problem-solving in the field. About the Client Our client is a well-established EPC organization with a strong track record supporting large-scale energy developments across the Gulf Coast. They are currently engaged on a multi-billion-dollar LNG project in partnership with a leading operator, playing a key role in project delivery through construction and execution. The business is known for placing experienced leadership directly within project teams, operating with a field-first, execution-driven approach rather than a purely corporate structure. This creates a highly collaborative environment between supply chain, construction, and project leadership. This position sits within a core project leadership group, offering direct exposure to decision-makers and the opportunity to influence outcomes on a long-term, high-profile development. What's on Offer? In addition to a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits, this position offers a structured package aligned with long-term, site-based project leadership. The role follows a project schedule of approximately 60 hours per week , with straight-time overtime eligibility. You will receive a monthly per diem, along with a company-provided vehicle to support site operations.
