Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Working with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely services. Assist with procurement departments with coordination of workorders, emails, notes, data maintenance, and reporting. Complete new account setup and cancelation maintenance in system Field new account calls and direct toward corresponding representative. Run and distribute transactional and operational reporting for corresponding departments. Database upkeep and maintenance including contact information, address, service instructions, and other necessary information. Organize and maintain procurement documents including contracts, discontinue service letters, equipment removal forms Answer, collect, and distribute customer request including service requests, service letters, transaction reports, service inquires Answer phones for customer care related questions. Assist with Salesforce maintenance and other requested duties. Email all follow-up items to the appropriate people. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Must have a valid driver's license Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm The pay is $22.00 an hour
