We are currently seeking a full-time Purchasing Supervisor who will play an integral role in the general operation of the Purchasing Department. The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to: General upkeep of the dock and organization of storerooms Track all incoming deliveries and invoices Receive all PO's Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Work closely with finance on the AP process Scan and validate invoices Coordinate with all departments on delivery timing and location Communicate price changes and delivery schedules Maintain temp logs (temp check delivery trucks and products) Schedule and give direction to storeroom attendant Lead monthly inventory of storeroom Coordinate with vendors on missed deliveries/items and credits for said issues Create purchase orders when necessary Run daily purchase reports of food & Beverage Assist with balancing food & Beverage cost's monthly Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
