Position Summary Responsible for procurement planning, supplier forecasting, supplier development, and supplier quality management. Ensures materials are sourced efficiently and meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. UtilizesSAGE ERP
for purchasing operations and data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities- Develop purchasing plans based on forecasts and production needs
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance
- Lead supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions
- Utilize
SAGE ERP
for purchasing, tracking, and reporting- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance
- Track KPIs including cost, delivery, and quality performance Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leadership experience in purchasing or supply chain
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of forecasting and supplier management Key Skills
