Purchasing Manager - Manufacturing Baltimore, Maryland $100,000 - $130,000 + Training + Career Progression + Market-leading Business + Excellent Benefits Package Are you a Purchasing or Procurement Manager from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to join a growing organization, where you will take full ownership of purchasing strategy across multiple facilities? On offer is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a purchasing department spanning four locations, where you will play a key role in vendor consolidation, team development, and long-term supply chain strategy. This company is a well-established manufacturer with multiple operations across the US. They have built an excellent reputation within their industry and are continuing to invest in their people, processes, and long-term growth plans. In this position, you will provide strategic oversight of the purchasing department, managing a team of 6 Purchasing Coordinators across four sites. You will focus on supplier relationships, contract negotiations, inventory planning, and driving purchasing efficiencies across the business, while helping to standardize vendor networks and procurement processes company-wide. This role would suit a Purchasing or Procurement Manager looking to put their own stamp on a market-leading business, by developing and growing a purchasing department across multiple locations.
