On offer is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a purchasing department spanning four locations, where you will play a key role in vendor consolidation, team development, and long-term supply chain strategy. This company is a well-established manufacturer with multiple operations across the US. In this position, you will provide strategic oversight of the purchasing department, managing a team of 6 Purchasing Coordinators across four sites. You will focus on supplier relationships, contract negotiations, inventory planning, and driving purchasing efficiencies across the business, while helping to standardize vendor networks and procurement processes company-wide. This role would suit a Purchasing or Procurement Manager looking to put their own stamp on a market-leading business, by developing and growing a purchasing department across multiple locations.

The Role:

Provide strategic oversight of the purchasing department and manage a team of 6 Purchasing Coordinators across four sites Take a lead on supplier relationships, contract negotiations, inventory planning, and driving purchasing efficiencies across the business Up to 10% travel domestically
