Procurement Contracts Manager - Columbia, MD or Coppell, TX

Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements. Ensure contracts align with company strategies, objectives, and risk tolerance. Identify and proactively address potential contract risks and develop mitigation strategies with Procurement Management. Actively monitor contract performance tracking key parameters and obligations. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, prime contract flowdowns and industry standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet their needs and comply with internal policies. Maintain good working relationships with vendors and manufacturers. Maintain and enhance operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
