Sourcing Engineering Manager (JLSEMAA)

Responsible for managing the sourcing and supply chain operations for KLA. Construct and manage reporting, global direct spend, forecasting, metrics, and KPIs for Strategic Supplier Management (SSM) team. Make recommendations and drive cross functional execution for SSM team processes to make team more efficient and productive. Partner with financial, materials, and legal departments to stay aligned on strategic goals. Use statistical concepts and theories to analyze and collect data and construct solutions to business problems. Act as subject-matter expert on various subjects including strategic sourcing, forecasting, supplier management, and global direct spend. Manage critical global SSM metrics and objectives that are rolled up and summarized quarterly. Understand general supply chain functions across all global supply chain groups. Compile data for a quarterly Executive presentation. Manage complex data sets utilizing SAP, Snowflake, and Power Bi. Generate data reports and share findings with the SSM team to ensure category managers and suppliers have the latest intelligence to ensure outward capacity readiness. Assist in building out work cross-functionally, and improve general process across the Supply Chain in the areas of dashboards, RFX, travel management, Supplier KPIs, data availability, & regular global operating system meetings. Up to 20% international and/or domestic travel required.

Salary range:

$167,268-$176,300 per year.

Position requires:

Master's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Data Informatics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
