In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes to ensure the timely acquisition of quality goods and services at optimal costs. Your expertise will help streamline procurement workflows, enhance supplier relationships, and support our manufacturing and inventory management objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business outcomes through innovative sourcing strategies and robust contract negotiations. Duties Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and ongoing performance management to ensure reliable delivery of quality materials. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable agreements that support cost savings and supply stability. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align procurement activities with production schedules and inventory control requirements. Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless supply chain flow and inventory management. Monitor procurement KPIs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for process improvements in sourcing and vendor management. Skills Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms for procurement management. Extensive experience in sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation within a supply chain environment. In-depth knowledge of procurement management principles including MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory control, and supply chain optimization. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on securing competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Familiarity with logistics operations, vendor management strategies, and contract management best practices. Strong analytical skills to interpret procurement data, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
