United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or closely related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or a related fieldNegotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategicallyWell organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situationsComfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior managementStrong communication and commodity leadership skillsExcellent analytical and presentation skillsAbility to understand basic technical topicsSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships both internally and externally to influence without direct authority
