As a Warranty Recovery VCP Specialist, you will lead initiatives that create measurable value by improving recovery outcomes, optimizing workflows, and driving accountability with supplier partners. This role blends strong negotiation capability with program management discipline, process mapping expertise, and analytical rigor to uncover inefficiencies, streamline operations, and elevate recovery performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and develop scalable processes that reduce waste and improve supplier alignment. Your work will directly influence Stellantis' bottom line by ensuring equitable cost ownership, accelerating recovery cycles, and enabling datadriven decisionmaking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, and delivering tangible financial impact through continuous improvement and strategic supplier engagement. United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or closely related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or a related fieldNegotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategicallyWell organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situationsComfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior managementStrong communication and commodity leadership skillsExcellent analytical and presentation skillsAbility to understand basic technical topicsSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships both internally and externally to influence without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications:
