Senior Buyer (IT Procurement)

Whirlpool Corporation Role Summary Join our Global Strategic Sourcing team to manage Information Technology (IT) procurement (software, hardware, and managed services) for North America. You will lead category strategies, execute RFQ/RFPs, drive supplier negotiations, and partner with IT stakeholders to optimize costs and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Strategy:
Lead the RFQ/RFP process, supplier selection, and contract management.
Negotiation:
Drive cost savings and performance KPIs through strategic supplier negotiations.
Supplier Management:
Streamline the supply chain and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate with internal IT teams to reduce purchasing complexity. Key Deliverables Achieve 4%+ YoY cost reductions across IT categories. Achieve 10%+ supplier base rationalization.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
4+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, or IT.
Skills:
