What You'll Do As a Commodity Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting sourcing strategies and supplier relationships across our operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Execute regional and global sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals Drive cost-reduction initiatives through negotiation, sourcing strategies, and process improvements Manage sourcing activities, including financial, market, and spend analysis Support supplier negotiations and contract administration in partnership with the Commodity Manager Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and cost initiatives Identify and mitigate supply chain and commodity risks Support supplier development initiatives and maintain strong supplier relationships Analyze data and trends to support strategic decision-making What You Bring We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives on results, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field 1-5 years of manufacturing experience, including sourcing or procurement experience preferred Experience supporting cost-reduction or sourcing initiatives preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with suppliers Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP Why Join
