The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers and managing vendor relationships to ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials and services. This role requires a strong understanding of expertise in procurement management, inventory control, and logistics. The Purchasing Manager will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and supporting hotel operations to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier selection, evaluation, and onboarding Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards and service levels are met Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize inventory control and reduce excess stock Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay informed of industry trends Manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments Expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization Familiarity in inventory management, logistics, and contract management processes Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strategic supplier relationships Ability to analyze market data to inform purchasing decisions and cost reductions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead procurement initiatives that drive operational efficiency while fostering strategic supplier partnerships.
