You will source, negotiate, contract, and manage high‑value categories ranging from fifty million dollars to over three hundred million dollars in annual spend, with a focus on folding cartons. You will partner with internal customers to develop sourcing strategies, build a strong supply base, drive cost savings, and maintain service levels across the enterprise. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Jointly plan and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories in collaboration with cross‑functional partners across the enterprise Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships to identify and deliver cost savings opportunities Negotiate, contract, and implement preferred supplier agreements Lead cross‑functional teams through sourcing and procurement initiatives Research market dynamics, cost drivers, supplier business models, and historical spend to strengthen negotiation strategies Provide clear position reporting and practical application of volume estimates Draft Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and conduct associated analyses Ensure service, quality, innovation, and product improvement requirements are met Partner with Operations and Brand teams to resolve supply chain issues Resolve supplier and internal customer issues to support successful implementation Manage supplier relationships and track Key Performance Indicators to evaluate and report performance Ensure continuity of services by monitoring supplier performance and mitigating risk Apply advanced sourcing practices and industry modeling to supplier strategies Provide organizational leadership by promoting innovative approaches and emerging technologies Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree Seven or more years of experience in Procurement or a related field Experience supporting end‑user expectations and requirements within strategic sourcing Project management experience, including delivery of complex initiatives Experience implementing and completing large, cross‑functional projects Experience with Microsoft Office applications, internet research, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems Experience leading diverse teams and driving alignment Conflict management and stakeholder engagement experience Experience with Systems Applications and Products, Right Angle, Microsoft Excel with complex spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access Number of Days in

Compensation Pay Range:
$107,000-$156,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
