This position plays a critical role in managing inventory, purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries, and keeping our field teams productive and supplied. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the mechanical trades who understands HVAC and plumbing materials, tools, and equipment and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Purchase HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal materials from vendors Obtain pricing and lead times from suppliers Track and expedite material deliveries for active projects Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Maintain warehouse inventory and stock levels Issue materials and tools to field personnel Manage tool tracking and equipment inventory Coordinate deliveries to jobsites Work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and Service Technicians Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse Qualifications Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing materials, fittings, equipment, and tools required Previous warehouse, purchasing, or mechanical industry experience preferred Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office Ability to communicate professionally through email and phone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Forklift experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be able to lift 50 lbs What We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership, stays organized, solves problems, and helps keep projects moving.
