Job Description

Purchasing/Inventory Administrator (Part-Time) Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential? We are seeking a motivated Purchasing/Inventory Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with purchasing or inventory experience who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
What We Offer:
✔ Flexible daytime schedule ✔ Approximately 4 hours per day ✔ Monday-Friday. ✔ $26.00-$28.50/hour ✔ Opportunity for growth into a full-time role for the right candidate
Responsibilities Include:
Creating and managing purchase orders Vendor communication and order follow-up Inventory tracking and coordination Maintaining purchasing records and pricing data Supporting production and office supply inventory needs
Qualifications:
Purchasing/inventory experience preferred QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Self-starter with attention to detail We're looking for someone dependable who wants to grow with the company and make an impact.
Pay:
$25.27 - $28.50 per hour
