Purchasing and Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities Buyer Support Prepare purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and track order status from placement to delivery. Maintain up-to-date product information including pricing and product details. Negotiate with vendors regarding pricing and delivery timelines. Identifying areas of potential cost savings. Open purchase order follow up. Research, create, and manage product listings. Conduct listing research to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Track inventory levels and flag low stock or excess inventory. Assist the sales and e-commerce team with inventory planning. Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding products, pricing, and inventory. Vendor Relationships Serve as the day-to-day contact for suppliers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Resolve delivery issues and maintain strong vendor relationships. Coordinate RMAs and work with Vendor's to resolve quality issues. Inventory Warehouse management Shelf Labeling Re-organization of inventory as new products get brought in. Check in deliveries And More... As we are a small business, additional tasks and responsibilities will be given throughout the day by the owner. Since we are a small team, in the absence of another team member, fulfilling their role may be needed.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
