Procurement Manager - Construction / Infrastructure Central New Jersey (Union County Area) | $90,000 - $135,000 Base + Bonus We've partnered with a well-established, project-driven contractor supporting infrastructure and construction projects across the Northeast. They are seeking a Procurement Manager to take ownership of purchasing across multiple active projects and locations . This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing procurement across multiple job sites, teams, or regions simultaneously . What You'll Be Doing Lead purchasing and procurement across multiple concurrent projects Source materials, equipment, and subcontracted services Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with vendors Partner closely with project managers and operations teams Coordinate deliveries and logistics across different job sites Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships Monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Support estimating and preconstruction with material pricing and availability What They're Looking For 6+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments Experience supporting multiple projects, job sites, or locations simultaneously Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience Exposure to construction-related materials (electrical, mechanical, or general) Organized, proactive, and able to operate with urgency Why This Role Stands Out Strong and stable project pipeline High-impact role with visibility across operations Opportunity to influence vendor strategy and cost structure Growth potential within a scaling organization #
