Join our ambitious Global Source-to-Pay Operations team as a Senior Category Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain. Your role will be essential in directing our sourcing strategy, guiding supplier management, and driving commercial success across Logistics & Supply Chain categories. This is an outstanding opportunity to implement scalable solutions, improve supplier performance, and ensure operational continuity, all while partnering with dynamic global participants! What You'll Do Lead sourcing approach and implementation across Logistics & Supply Chain categories globally Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and sourcing assessments Support development and execution of category strategies aligned to operational and business objectives Lead RFx activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract execution, and renewals Manage strategic supplier relationships across logistics, freight, warehousing, packaging, courier, fleet and MRO categories Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and operational benchmarks Resolve operational issues and customer concerns in partnership with collaborators Support supplier governance and continuous improvement initiatives Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain collaborators globally Act as a trusted sourcing advisor for logistics-related procurement activities Ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and operational requirements Drive effective communication and collaborator engagement throughout sourcing initiatives AI, Automation & Data-Driven Sourcing Leverage AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to support sourcing strategy, supplier analysis, market insights, and reporting. Use spend, supplier, and performance data to drive recommendations and improve category outcomes. What We're Looking For 7+ years experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain sourcing Experience managing freight, warehousing, logistics, or transportation suppliers Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced operational environment Strong collaborator management and problem-solving capability Analytical approach with ability to interpret operational and spend data Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience operating in a global or matrixed organization Familiarity with ERP, intake, and procurement workflow systems Experience supporting operational transformation or process improvement initiatives Join Aristocrat and play a key role in evolving our future-state Source-to-Pay operating model while partnering with global collaborators and strategic suppliers across a dynamic operational environment.
