Director of Supply Chain Management $125,000-$145,000 + Bonus | Niagara Falls, NY | Full-Time Lead supply chain operations for a growing, family-owned organization where you'll improve processes, build operational structure, and drive scalable supply chain performance across purchasing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

Collaborative, people-first environment with approachable leadership ️ What You'll Be Doing Supply Chain Leadership Develop and improve supply chain strategies across: Purchasing Inventory management Logistics Warehousing Transportation Material flow Operational Improvement Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and supply chain risks Drive initiatives that improve visibility, scalability, and operational consistency Strengthen ERP utilization, inventory accuracy, and reporting processes Purchasing & Inventory Management Lead purchasing operations and support Senior Buyer performance Improve inventory turns, material planning, and operational coordination Support supplier execution, pricing implementation, and issue resolution Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with: Sales Operations Transportation Planning Customer Service Distribution teams Logistics & Distribution Support freight optimization and carrier performance Improve warehousing efficiency and material movement processes Process & Systems Development Reduce manual processes and improve operational workflows Help build scalable systems that support long-term organizational growth ✅ What You Need 10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or inventory management experience Prior leadership experience managing supply chain or purchasing teams Strong ERP and inventory management systems experience Ability to improve processes in evolving operational environments Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Strong communication and organizational skills ➕ Preferred Experience Oil & lubricants industry experience Multi-site or enterprise operational experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Culture & Leadership Family-owned organization with approachable leadership Employees are treated like people—not numbers Strong emphasis on: Communication Accountability Integrity Innovation ️ Work-Life Balance Flexible, supportive work environment Leadership team understands real-life responsibilities outside of work Strong focus on balancing performance with flexibility Compensation & Benefits $125,000-$145,000 base salary Annual bonus eligibility Weekly pay (every Thursday) 401(k) with employer match (no waiting period) 8 paid holidays + generous PTO Company-paid STD, LTD, and life insurance Company-sponsored events and outings Position Details Full-time leadership role Based on-site in Niagara Falls, NY Reports into executive supply chain leadership ️ Equal Opportunity Employer This organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
