About the Job As a Parts Specialist, you are at the center of inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and technician support. You will maintain accurate inventory, coordinate with vendors, support field technicians, and ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This role blends structured, methodical work with fast-paced problem solving when priorities shift or urgent needs arise. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and tracking inventory movement.
- Create and manage purchase orders, research pricing and availability, and follow up aggressively on delayed or incorrect shipments.
- Support technicians and dispatch by ensuring parts availability, identifying potential shortages, and responding quickly to urgent operational needs.
- Assist customers with parts identification and orders, process transactions accurately, and maintain organized documentation and records. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or parts operations preferred.
- Inventory management system experience preferred; forklift experience a plus.
