"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive procurement and sourcing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll shape the future of procurement at Alstom by setting up full supplier selection processes, creating supplier contracts, and managing their execution. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, finance, quality, and legal departments), lead project negotiations and much more."
We'll look to you for: Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers, Leadership in project negotiation, Monitoring of Procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development), Ensuring work package sheet commitment respect, Preparation of Business Award, Promotion of the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct, Management of Contracting activities, Coordination of Supplier Contract execution with all métiers, Ensuring the on-time delivery and quality, especially during the ramp-up phase of the project, Support of commodity strategy and panel elaboration Build Supplier relationship Support global supplier panel relationship
Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances)
Measure the supplier's performance and develop them in coordination with supplier Quality Team
Assess properly all risky suppliers and manage the associated mitigation plan
Manage initial issues before escalation to line manager
Monitor Corporate Social Responsibility engagements and deviations
Respect Alstom code of ethics and guidelines All about you

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Degree in Engineering or Business School master degree, Experience or understanding of sourcing professional background (0-5 years), Knowledge of contract management & legal awareness, Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier relationship management, A certification in purchasing or strong negotiation skills, Ability to work in a matrix environment, Communication skills & Team spirit, Ability to challenge and drive for results, International mindset and fluency in English Things you'll enjoy
