Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Category Specialist - Human Resources & Professional Services opportunity in Marlborough, MA. Responsibilities include:
Manage sourcing projects, supplier relationships, and RFP processes.
Conduct pricing analyses, market research, and supplier benchmarking.
Support contract administration, vendor onboarding, andpliance activities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements for the
Category Manager:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, or MBA with 4-5 years of experience.
Experience with indirect sourcing and professional services categories.
Strong supplier management, contract, and negotiation skills.
Experience in a regulated environment; HR sourcing and LCA (lifecycle analysis) experience is required.

Pay Details:
$40.00 per hour
