- Responsibilities include:
- + Manage sourcing projects, supplier relationships, and RFP processes. + Conduct pricing analyses, market research, and supplier benchmarking. + Support contract administration, vendor onboarding, and compliance activities. + Partner with internal stakeholders to drive cost savings and process improvements.
- Requirements for the
Category Manager:
- + Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, or MBA with 4-5 years of experience. + Experience with indirect sourcing and professional services categories. + Strong supplier management, contract, and negotiation skills. + Experience in a regulated environment; HR sourcing and LCA (lifecycle analysis) experience is required.
