- Commodity Manager
- , you will develop and lead sourcing strategies for Americas Plastic, Rubber, Gasket, and Resin direct commodities in a global environment. Strategies developed will support supply chain initiatives which include cost containment, regionalization, trade working capital improvement, timely delivery, and quality. Strategies will need to be communicated clearly to large groups.

MANAGER, You Will- : + Develop and implement a direct material sourcing strategy to improve flexibility and supply assurance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- + Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- + Four (4) years of experience in a Procurement function or related experience.
Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
- This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
- Please note the expectation is that the role starts on-site 5 days a week for ~6 months to get up to speed and learn the role. Once it's determined the person is comfortable they can transition to a hybrid work schedule.
