Are you a highly organized professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to support an impactful global business initiative? We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join a premier global healthcare products and distribution enterprise. In this exciting hybrid role based out of Dublin, Ohio, you will work 15 to 20 hours per week helping to execute a major strategic transition within the organization's pharmaceutical purchasing operations. Support a dedicated project management team executing a strategic global supplier roll-out plan. This role balances hands-on project coordination with multi-channel stakeholder communication to track timelines and facilitate global procurement operational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an operational link between internal stakeholders, project managers, and external global suppliers. Coordinate project milestones, track timelines, and manage comprehensive project and plan documentation. Schedule cross-functional meetings, manage tracking resources, and facilitate follow-up interactions with suppliers. Investigate internal processes to identify root causes of workflow discrepancies and implement more effective administrative systems.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in Office Administration, Project Coordination, or a procurement-related technical field. strong computer and IT literacy skills; prior experience with SAP or pharmaceutical industry databases is a plus. Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to interface comfortably across time zones. Detail-oriented tracking mindset with the ability to work independently under ambiguous or evolving project environments.
