About the Role We are a market leading data center developer seeking a seasoned Director of Power Procurement & Infrastructure to lead all aspects of power acquisition, utility contracting, and energy infrastructure strategy across our US portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial negotiations, regulatory affairs, and infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end power procurement strategy, including sourcing, negotiating, and executing utility service agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and interconnection contracts Serve as the primary relationship manager with US utilities, ISOs, RTOs, and regulatory bodies across all active and pipeline markets Lead negotiations for large-scale power capacity agreements, transmission rights, and service territory entitlements Manage all power-related contracts, ensuring compliance, tracking key milestones, renewals, and obligations Collaborate closely with development, construction, and finance teams to align power delivery timelines with site development schedules Monitor utility rate cases, tariff changes, and regulatory proceedings that may impact portfolio costs or timelines Build and maintain a pipeline of power capacity ahead of development needs, proactively engaging utilities in target markets Support capital markets and investment processes by providing power risk analysis and contract summaries Qualifications 10+ years of experience in energy procurement, utility affairs, or power infrastructure — preferably in data centers, hyperscale, or large industrial development Deep knowledge of US electricity markets (PJM essential), utility interconnection processes, and regulatory frameworks (FERC, state PUCs) Proven track record negotiating complex, high-value utility and power agreements Strong existing relationships with major US utilities (IOUs) and co-operatives Experience managing large contract portfolios across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite, Board of Directors and external partners What We Offer Market leading compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, and equity participation Opportunity to shape power strategy at a high-growth data center platform Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to senior leadership Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Place of Work Monday-Thursday in office, Friday work from home.
