Under the direction of the Chief Accounting Officer, this function will own and manage all procurement functions which currently includes sourcing, vendor management, and end-to-end procure-to-pay workflow. In this people manager role you will be the administrator and power user of our procurement management software. This position provides significant growth opportunities to expand the role through developing automated AI process improvements and driving the global procurement department plan to grow with Treasure AI. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience working with fast pace and highly changing environments, preferably in the technology industry. Additionally, they will bring a thirst for knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, strong communication skills, keen attention to details, proactive in meeting the procurement needs of the current corporate environment, and a bias towards action.Responsibilities:
Procurement management software, ZipHQ, administrator Train, manage, and mentor procurement team members; ensuring accurate and timely workflow from request to PO Identify repetitive, rule-based tasks and design scalable workflows using AI tools to improve processing efficiency Procurement partner to suppliers, business owners, and other internal stakeholders including IT, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Security Responsible for coordinating vendor sourcing, including taking the lead in contract negotiation Maintaining relationships with existing vendors while continually scouting for additional vendors and/or vendor consolidation Provide management reporting and analysis on spend categories Identify, implement, and manage process improvements to ensure best-in-class practices Company-wide training, communication, and management of existing procurement policiesJob Requirements:
Procurement expert with 5+ years of experience managing purchases for corporations or start-ups in the technology industry Demonstrated ability to consistently execute Experience managing procure-to-pay software; ZipHQ experience a plus Strong management and communication skills to ensure compliance with procurement policies and cross collaboration Experience with SpotDraft or similar contract lifecycle management tool and OneTrust or similar security management tool a plus Program management experience and ability to coordinate a diverse set of stakeholders Strong negotiation skills with suppliersPhysical Requirements:
